The Key Ingredient

Jesus asked, “What is the Kingdom of God like? It is like the yeast a woman used in making bread. Even though she put only a little yeast in three measures of flour, it permeated every part of the dough” (Luke 13:20-21 NLT).

The key is contact. If the yeast stays in the packet it does no good. But even a small amount when mixed through the dough, makes a big difference. You need contact for impact.

You Are Key!

God has strategically placed you in your sphere of influence to make a difference for His Kingdom. Help your colleague with their work project and see heaven come to earth. Pray over the desks of your students and the climate of your class will change. Listen to a friend’s struggles offering to pray for them and watch God intervene. Live for Jesus right where are and get asked what makes you tick.

These are the sorts of things that happen when you intentionally engage your workplace, classroom, neighborhood and gym as your mission field. Kingdom contact leads to Kingdom impact.
